Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure quality customer service and food products while applying Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.

The role supports with and learns restaurant management responsibilities, including shift supervision, team leadership, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across busy service periods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management (Shift Manager/Assistant Manager or similar).
• High school diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background and motor vehicle record check required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.


• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
