Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver high-quality customer service and food products while supporting daily restaurant operations. You will learn and assist with management tasks to ensure smooth shifts and satisfied guests.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food-service leadership, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe certification is preferred where required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in restaurant management or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
• Support store operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.


• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
