As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and for ensuring all restaurant standards are met, including customer satisfaction, cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor management, financial reporting, and sales growth. The Assistant Manager builds a strong team that consistently delivers great food and a friendly experience to customers.

The Assistant Manager must have strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude.

Essential Functions

• Shift management – ensure that shift managers and team members complete their tasks, schedule shifts, and deploy staff.
• Customer service – ensure that customers have a positive dining experience and provide support in escalated situations.
• Employee management – supervise employees, develop and train new hires, provide consistent excellent service, and address performance issues.
• Food safety – create and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers, enforce food safety protocols.
• Inventory management – manage inventory and ensure effective execution of company policies.
• Financial accountability – optimize profit and control costs.
