Job summary

Fulenwider Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for Taco Bell at 3456 Miller Bridge Rd, Connelly Springs, NC. You will oversee daily operations and ensure restaurant standards, customer satisfaction, and financial accountability.

You will lead shift managers and team members, manage scheduling, training, inventory, and safety, while driving sales growth and a positive dining experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience in fast-food or retail.

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and meet all restaurant standards to include customer satisfaction, cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor management, financial reporting, and growth of sales. The Assistant Manager builds a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.
