Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart (where applicable).
• All required State and Local certifications.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacants including pre-move-out inspection and punch list.
• Manages materials and inventory, tracks usage and re-orders as needed.
• Documents service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintains grounds and amenities and performs general cleaning.
• Supports cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts where possible.
