Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license for on-property operations.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from residents and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and punch list.
• Manages materials by tracking inventory and coordinating reorders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-containment by repairing parts rather than replacing, and proper tool use.
