Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of property management or related field experience.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and other systems.
• Conduct general carpentry like wallboard repair and cabinet replacement.
• Maintain preventive maintenance including lighting, painting, pool, and grounds.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours on-call.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote safety.
• Complete pre-move in and post-move out inspections.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Two years property management experience
