Avenue5 Residential in Glendale, CA is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. You will oversee repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years in property management or related field, and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Perform carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, window/door repairs.
• Proactive preventative maintenance such as siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Daily inspection of grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
