Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will oversee repairs, safety, and preventative maintenance while mentoring a maintenance team.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, coordinating with the property manager, and promoting resident satisfaction through high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and upkeep.
• Assist with management of emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Mentor maintenance team and uphold safety compliance.
• Communicate issues to maintenance supervisor and property manager.
