Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property. You will ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations and support the maintenance team to meet resident satisfaction.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect grounds and buildings, manage work orders, and respond to emergencies as part of an on-site team focused on safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertops, doors, cabinetry, tile.
