Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations for the assigned property and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The role includes supervising the maintenance team, overseeing service requests, and contributing to the property budget.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in property management or related field, strong carpentry and general maintenance skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly following policy and safety guidelines.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage emergencies and on-call rotation as needed.
