Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Hospitality Manager to lead lodge operations during the Hospitality Manager’s absence. You will supervise departments including guest experience, culinary, housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance, while supporting budgeting, reporting, and vendor coordination.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality or facilities management, supervisory experience, and the ability to travel for remote-site housing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience required.
• But note relevant experience in hospitality operations is highly valued.
• Experience overseeing multiple lodge departments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home is essential.
