Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the lodge maintenance team. You will ensure preventative maintenance and building troubleshooting are conducted to high quality standards while managing staff and coordinating with licensed professionals.

Responsibilities include daily/weekly meetings, safety compliance, and hands-on carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. This role requires travel readiness and strong English communication skills, with housing and benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in facilities management or related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour certification required.
• 2–5 years of HVAC, electrical code, and carpentry experience.
• 1–2 years of management or leadership experience.
• At least 1 year in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work environment compliant with building codes and OSHA standards.
• Lead and develop the lodge maintenance team.
• Inspect all assignments for quality and safety; conduct regular meetings.
• Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance; manage inventory and materials.
• Coordinate with licensed professionals for complex issues; respond to emergencies.
