Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations for the Main Lodge, cabins, cottages, and riverfront wagons. You will oversee guest arrivals, staffing, and service delivery to ensure a rustic-luxury experience.

You will supervise front desk, housekeeping, and guest services, coordinate with events and restaurant teams, and manage vendors and safety compliance. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with 5+ years in lodging management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required; education and experience considered
• 5+ years of property management experience in lodging/hospitality setting required
• Strong leadership in staffing, budgeting, and guest services
• Customer service experience and guest-focused mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality reservations systems
• Experience in sales, marketing, or reservations systems preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead staff and interact with guests, vendors and partners
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in hospitality/events environments

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations for lodging, guest arrivals, stays and turnover across facilities
• Conduct daily room and public area walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and readiness
• Direct front-of-house, housekeeping, and guest services staff with hands-on leadership
• Resolve guest concerns in real time to maintain exceptional service
• Recruit, hire, and train lodging and guest services staff; run daily briefings
• Oversee front desk and reservations; coordinate with restaurant and store
• Coordinate with events team to prepare spaces for weddings, retreats, and groups
• Manage vendor visits for housekeeping, maintenance, and guest amenities
• Support safe guest participation in activities and coordinate with activity staff
• Monitor occupancy, standards, and report staffing/budget needs to Managing Partner
• Ensure health, safety, and hospitality licensing compliance across operations
