Target Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Hospitality Manager to support the Lodge Manager in a remote-work lodge environment across North America. This salaried role involves supervising department teams, assisting in budgeting and reporting, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety standards.

You will coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and site staff, manage training and certifications, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hospitality, workforce housing, food service, or facilities management experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience leading a team or department.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safety culture and follow SOPs, JSAs, and policies.
• Lead lodge operations in the Hospitality Manager's absence.
• Oversee guest experience, culinary, housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
