Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, estimating, coordinating, or lead role preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple jobs and changing demands.

• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
• Experience in collision repair is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for customers.
• Review incoming work and determine appropriate labor, materials, and scheduling needs.
• Assign work to employees and help coordinate daily workloads.
• Communicate with customers regarding estimates, scheduling, and job details.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating crews.
• Monitor jobs to help ensure work is completed properly, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Support employee training, direction, and day-to-day accountability.
• Assist the Location Manager with operational and administrative duties.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive workplace.
• Step in to assist with management responsibilities when the Location Manager is unavailable.
