Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with accuracy.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repairs.
• Ensure insurance company requirements and repair planning are met.
• Communicate requests to appropriate team members and maintain KPI focus.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Uphold WOW Operating Way standards and company values.
