Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant experience.
• Valid and clean WI Driver’s License.
• Previous auto body shop experience a plus.
• Ability to function as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment.
• We participate in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
• Estimate cost of labor and parts and prepare estimate records.
• Work with Insurance Companies regarding repairs.
• Evaluate practicality of repair as opposed to payment of vehicle market value before the damage.
