Heiser Automotive Group in Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned Body Shop Manager to lead our busy Chevrolet collision center. You will drive efficient operations, ensure safety, manage production flow, and build a high-performing team dedicated to quality repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of collision center leadership, dealership body shop experience, and proficiency with CCC ONE or Mitchell estimating platforms.

Competenze

• 5+ years in collision center management or asst management.
• Dealership body shop experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE or Mitchell estimating platforms.
• Experience managing DRP relationships and insurance claims.
• Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and modern collision tech.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Mansioni

• Lead daily operations of a high-volume collision center.
• Manage production flow to ensure repairs are safe, efficient, and on time.
• Coach and develop estimators, technicians, painters, and office staff.
• Monitor KPIs: cycle time, gross profit, CSI, and productivity.
• Maintain relationships with insurers and ensure OEM procedures are followed.
• Oversee scheduling, parts coordination, and final vehicle inspections.
• Recruit and retain top collision repair talent.
• Foster a positive, safety-focused, and team-oriented environment.
