Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collision center operations and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Plan and manage annual/monthly operating budgets for the center.
• Forecast and track sales, profit, and expenses to meet KPIs.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized repair facility and equipment.
• Lead and develop staff through coaching and training.
• Attend leadership meetings and implement company standards.
