Qualifications

• Enforces compliance with employment policies.
• Monitors tickets and sets pace during peak hours.
• Manages Back of House staff and assists with serving and cooking as needed.
• Performs line Taste and Temp checks and ensures proper storage of items.
• Oversees inventory and waste tracking; maintains equipment cleanliness.
