Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to aid the Kitchen Manager in overseeing Back of House operations, ordering, receiving, and food prep. You will supervise production, ensure safety and quality, and support inventory and staff development.

Qualificações

• Must be able to supervise kitchen operations and enforce policies.
• Routinely monitor food safety, handling, and storage procedures.
• Coordinate with management to maintain recipes, portion control, and quality.
• Support inventory management and waste tracking under guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and oversees the production of food
• Enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
• Monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant
• Conducts line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Manages inventory and tracks waste
• Maintains cleanliness and equipment upkeep
• Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
• Practices safe food handling procedures
• Ensures Back of House follows established recipes
• Creates a safe environment and develops Back of House staff
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
