Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. You will supervise food production and uphold safety standards while supporting a fun, people-first culture.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and ensuring consistent quality and service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising kitchen staff and maintaining quality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.
• Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and waste control.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and oversees the production of food
• Ensures compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
• Monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant
• Conducts line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensures proper handling, storage, and maintenance of items
• Manages inventory and tracks waste
• Maintains cleanliness and equipment maintenance
• Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
• Fosters safe food handling procedures
• Leads Back of House employees and promotes development
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
