Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. You will help manage inventory, monitor tickets during peak hours, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, adherence to recipes and procedures, and supporting a culture of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Back of House production and assist with ordering, receiving, preparation and presentation of food
• Monitor tickets and pace during peak hours
• Supervise Back of House staff and ensure compliance with employment policies
• Conduct line Taste and Temp checks and ensure safe food handling
• Manage inventory and track waste as directed by Kitchen Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and ensure recipe/procedure adherence
• Support culture and core values of the restaurant (passion, integrity, partnership, fun)
