Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at rustic summer camps across the US. This on-site, live-in position oversees all prep and production for a day part, manages staff, enforces allergen safety, and maintains sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Expect a demanding 6-day/70-hour week with on-site housing and meals. ServSafe Allergens certification is required before start, and you will lead a dynamic team while delivering

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, allergen identification, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meal service.
• Maintain allergen safety protocols and top sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
