Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on role at our rustic summer camps. You will oversee all prep and production for a day part, supervise staff, and ensure strict allergen safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership and culinary skills; able to manage high-volume service.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; manage portions and timelines.
• Maintain allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
