Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. is hiring an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camps. This on-site, live-in position oversees all prep, production, and allergen safety for designated day parts.

You will manage a high-volume kitchen, train staff, and ensure strict safety and sanitation standards while delivering high-quality, scratch-made meals to campers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, and allergen protocol knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; oversee prep and production for designated day parts.
• Manage allergen safety, sanitation, and compliance with Health Department standards.
• Administer inventory and daily reporting to control costs.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
