Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

This role blends sales, merchandising, and operations, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership in their absence. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience helpful.
• Leadership potential and ability to train Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in sales, merchandising and operations tasks.
• Develop sales and recruit new Teammates; provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist with training and motivating Teammates and lead by example in daily duties.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities and participate in hiring and staff development.
• Ensure effective execution of store policies, Loss Prevention practices and customer service standards.
