Description of Primary Duties
At Juanita K Hammons Hall, Assistant House Managers are responsible for the front of house operations during the run of a performance or event. This includes the lobby and audience areas. Assistant House Managers welcome the public to the theatre and oversee their safety and well-being before, during, and immediately after a show. They are responsible for opening and closing the house before and after a show with diligence and speed. They need to be able to communicate well, and work as a team with fellow employees. This position also works closely with Hammons Hall volunteers, who serve as ushers and ticket-takers. An assistant house manager needs to be friendly, punctual, and reliable.

Customer service experience, ability to lift up to 40 pounds for short periods of time, and flexible schedule.
