Missouri State University is seeking an Event Usher on the Springfield Campus for 15.00/hr in a part-time, work-study optional role. This position is event-based and requires evening and weekend work hours at the Great Southern Bank Arena and related venues.
Multiple openings exist within the GSB Arena. Responsibilities include ticket collection, guiding patrons to seats, and basic crowd control with some dress-code obligations and apparel provided.

Support service for event audience at Great Southern Bank Arena, Hammons Student Center, Plaster Stadium and BBA Fields. Includes ticket collecting, assist patrons to reserved seats and other aspects of crowd control. Extensive interaction with patrons. Limited clean-up work required. Dress code required with some apparel provided. Only special event work opportunities available.

PLEASE NOTE : an individual is only able to work one position within our department. If hired, you can only work in one of the following areas: Event Usher, Custodian, Audio-Visual. All 3 of these positions work the same events, but for different areas within our facilities. It is not possible to work in more than one of these areas.
