Responsibilities

• Assist in gym operations to ensure a Judgement Free member experience and club financial success.
• Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure staff follow high customer service standards.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and supervise scheduling and frontline operations.
• Oversee front desk tasks: check-ins, new sign-ups, member tours, and inquiries.
• Facilitate member requests and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist with inventory and budget-based supply orders and weekly/monthly reporting.
