Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and ensure a Judgement Free, high-quality member experience at our Andover location. This full-time role may require extended hours, travel, and weekend coverage to support business needs.

You’ll lead staff, drive member services, and assist in scheduling and supervising personnel while upholding Planet Fitness CORE values and safety standards.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others and commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure a Judgement Free member experience and club profitability.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and support club targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service.
• Oversee front desk activities, member check-in and tours and assist with staff scheduling.
