EōS Fitness is opening a new gym and seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the sales team and coordinate daily operations. You will connect with prospective members, guide their membership journey, and support staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience or interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team to meet or exceed targets, especially on weekends or when the GM isn’t present.
• Sell club memberships, individual memberships, services, products and programs.
• Oversee billing processes for memberships and follow up with leads.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff.
• Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and certifications.
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Engage with members, listen to needs, and provide helpful responses.
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies.
