EōS Fitness in League City, TX is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a NEW gym opening. The role leads the Sales team, drives membership growth, and ensures smooth daily operations in a energetic fitness environment.

You will oversee billing, customer service, staff guidance, and facility upkeep while upholding safety standards and the company core values. This hourly position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
• Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere and be the hub for information for members, guests, and staff.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets, especially on weekends or in the absence of the GM.
• Sell club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products, and programs to hit goals.
• Oversee membership billing processes and timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to staff.
• Supervise facility upkeep, equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and certifications kept up-to-date.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to address member questions or issues promptly.
• Assist in emergencies with calm, clear communication to ensure safety.
