Job summary

EōS Fitness is opening a new gym and seeking an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You will lead, coach, and train the Sales team, connect with prospective members, guide their membership journey, and ensure exceptional service across the gym floor.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, supervising staff, handling memberships and billing, and maintaining a clean, compliant facility while upholding our core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3–4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to motivate and train a team.
• Comfort with gym settings and health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team to meet targets, especially on weekends or when the GM is not present.
• Sell memberships, services, products, and programs to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Oversee billing processes for memberships and timely follow-up with leads.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff clearly.
• Supervise facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and address member concerns or complaints.
• Engage with members in a friendly manner and provide clear, helpful responses.
