EōS Fitness is launching a new gym in Las Vegas and seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team and support daily operations. You will help prospective members through the journey, drive memberships, and ensure member success in a high-energy, supportive environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise staff, oversee billing, and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service and a welcoming club atmosphere for members and guests.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Detail oriented with organized record-keeping.
• Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team to meet or exceed targets, especially on weekends or when GM is away.
• Sell club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products and programs.
• Oversee billing for memberships and follow up with leads and prospects.
• Clearly communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff.
• Supervise facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve member inquiries promptly.
• Engage with members and respond to needs with clear, helpful explanations.
• Communicate calmly during emergencies or disruptions to ensure safety.
