You will manage daily operations, coach staff, set goals, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and maintain merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales team to hit daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Resolve customer issues and assist transactions.
• Set and share store goals with the team.
• Oversee store operations and analyze sales data.
• Ensure store up-time with facilities/IT as needed.
• Maintain inventory and merchandising planogram compliance.
• Complete opening and closing activities.
• Provide training and development plans.
