Job summary

UFC GYM seeks an Assistant General Manager to supervise the Membership Specialist team with support from the General Manager, driving a welcoming, high-energy experience for prospective members during gym visits. This role focuses on achieving gym membership goals, private coaching attachment, and other sales targets.

This position leads weekend planning, staff development, and guest experience initiatives, coordinating with executives to ensure policy compliance and a safe, engaging gym

Qualifications

• 1-3 lines: Must have leadership experience managing a team and achieving sales targets.
• Experience with budgeting, payroll, and revenue analysis preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving gym membership goals and sales targets.
• Lead weekend management and staffing planning to hit financial and retention goals.
• Coach and develop Membership Specialists in lead generation and conversions.
• Maintain high guest and member satisfaction through proactive supervision and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to timekeeping, policies, and safety standards.
