The UFC Gym is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the membership team in providing exceptional member experiences. Your role includes assisting the General Manager in achieving membership and sales goals while managing the Membership Specialists.

You will ensure efficient operations and a welcoming atmosphere for both new and existing members. Key responsibilities include executing membership strategies, training staff, and enhancing guest experience on weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience supervising 3-10 employees preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in achieving gym membership goals.
• Ensure membership execution on lead generation and appointment setting.
• Provide input and report results to General Manager.
