UFC Gym in Hendersonville, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Membership Specialists, assist the GM, and drive membership growth and private coaching attachments while delivering a high-energy, welcoming guest experience. You will supervise weekend operations, manage staffing and training, oversee sales metrics, and collaborate with departments to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll or strong math/analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills with customer service orientation and proven results.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
• Strong leadership, communication, time management, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and/or assist the GM in Personal Production, Weekend Management/Leadership, Staffing, Training, and Performance Management.
• Execute sales on key metrics: lead generation, appointment setting, and guest engagement to meet financial targets.
• Inspire guests to purchase memberships by listening to goals, presenting UFC Gym effectively, and transparent pricing.
• Ensure personal membership execution and department compliance with monthly targets in New Member Sales, EFT, and POS Private Coaching.
• Achieve minimum goals by gym and bridge the performance gap between the membership team and monthly targets.
• Contribute to weekend financial/operating plans and set revenue and labor targets for weekends/month.
