Job summary

UFC GYM Largo is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead and support the Membership Specialists, driving personal production, sales targets, and weekend operations. You will collaborate with the GM to train staff, manage budgets, and ensure a high-energy, guest-focused gym experience.

In this role you will supervise the MS team, execute membership campaigns, monitor guest conversion and retention, and help achieve monthly financial targets while upholding UFC Gym standards and brand

Qualifications

• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and/or demonstrated math analytical/ratio skills.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.
• Experience with basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
• Strong and proven leadership, communication, time management, and analytical abilities and skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manage a fully engaged membership team aligned with company goals.
• Sales Execution on Key Metrics & Drivers, Personal Production; Deliver Results.
• Lead lead generation, appointment setting, and guest conversion to hit targets.
• Assist the GM in weekend planning and training for MS team and gym goals.
• Inspire guests to purchase memberships and establish trust with transparent pricing.
