UFC Gym Largo, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead Membership Specialists and drive member growth while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will partner with the General Manager to manage weekends, staff development, training, and performance, focusing on hitting membership, referral, and coaching goals in a high-energy fitness environment.

Qualifications

Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and/or demonstrated math analytical/ratio skills.
Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.
Experience with basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
Leadership, communication, time management, and analytical abilities required.

Responsibilities

Lead and assist GM in Personal Production, Weekend Management/Leadership, Staffing, Training, and Performance Management.
Drive Sales execution on key metrics and hit financial targets.
Ensure lead generation, appointment setting, and guest conversion to achieve company targets.
Manage MS schedule and weekend operations within budget and business demands.
Provide input on weekly/monthly results and participate in weekend planning and reporting.
Cross-train for Manager on Duty and support member experience across departments.
