Responsibilities

• Lead and assist GM in Personal Production, Weekend Management/Leadership, Staffing, Training, and Performance Management.
• Drive Sales execution on key metrics and hit financial targets.
• Ensure lead generation, appointment setting, and guest conversion to achieve company targets.
• Manage MS schedule and weekend operations within budget and business demands.
• Provide input on weekly/monthly results and participate in weekend planning and reporting.
• Cross-train for Manager on Duty and support member experience across departments.
