Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to represent the brand and lead Membership Specialists in delivering a high-energy, informative guest experience. The AGM assists the GM, drives membership goals, and ensures flawless weekend operations across the gym floor and front desk.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and accountability for membership metrics, while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and results-driven club environment that supports private coaching and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience with reporting, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and/or math analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience with MS Office and Internet.
• Proven leadership, communication, time management and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead generation, appointments, and guest goals to hit financial targets.
• Assist GM in training on guest conversion and upsell targets.
• Inspire guests to purchase memberships and build relationships.
• Oversee scheduling and weekends to meet monthly membership goals.
• Report weekly and monthly results to GM/VP of Sales.
