Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead Membership Specialists, drive membership growth, and support the GM in achieving gym goals. The AGM will oversee weekend operations, staff development, and guest experience to deliver a high-energy, welcoming environment for prospective members.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, budgeting, and ensuring policy compliance while maintaining gym culture and safety on weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, budgeting, and revenue analysis preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
• Sales background and ability to drive membership growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Membership Specialists to achieve lead, appointment, and sales targets.
• Oversee weekend operations, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure guest experience quality and member retention through coaching and feedback.
• Assist GM in budgeting, planning, and achieving monthly gym goals.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance on weekends and on the gym floor.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
