Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and lead a high-performing team. You’ll drive daily operations, model our standards, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Expect a 50-hour week with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, plus strong growth opportunities. You will oversee shifts in the GM’s absence, manage P&L tasks, and foster a culture of inclusion and accountability while promoting brand values

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and managing labor and inventory.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Coach, train, and recognize team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Oversee staffing, interviewing, and hiring to build a strong team.
• Collaborate on performance feedback and employee relations as needed.
• Support with cash handling, inventory, and labor management to optimize performance.
