Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, uphold brand standards, and motivate a diverse team. You will train, coach, and recognize team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences and lead operations in the GM's absence.

You will work a 50-hour week, including 10 overtime hours at time-and-a-half, with opportunities for advancement, tuition programs, and a strong benefits package from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and managing labor.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.
• Lead efforts in recognition, collaboration and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, maintain food safety standards and uphold Core excellence.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance feedback and resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members to build a strong team.
• Support with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Assist the GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
