Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead by example and support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations. You will train, coach, and recognize your team to deliver memorable guest experiences, including taking charge when the GM is absent.

The role emphasizes growth, strong customer focus, and a fun, high-energy workplace. You will work a 50-hour week with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, with competitive compensation and a suite of benefits

Qualifications

3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence.
Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence and drive the team toward excellence.
Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, inventory, and labor management.
Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance and health-and-safety standards.
