Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team on the sales floor by resolving customer issues and guiding transactions.
• Take direction from store leadership on day-to-day operations and priorities.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team and monitor progress.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Oversee store operations including staffing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure store merchandising and planogram compliance with company standards.
