You will set daily goals, mentor colleagues, and resolve issues to keep the store operating smoothly.

You will manage daily operations, analyze sales data, and collaborate with leadership to deliver performance, integrity, and a welcoming in-store environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team on the sales floor and resolve customer issues to ensure outstanding service.
• Set daily/weekly goals with the sales team and monitor progress toward targets.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, cash handling, and compliance to keep the store functioning smoothly.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve selling skills and achieve quotas.
