KBP Brands’ Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and mentor a team while upholding Sonic standards.

You will drive training, scheduling, and performance management, manage inventory and safety, and handle cash and expenses to protect the brand’s integrity. This is a growth-focused role within a leading franchise group.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in an AGM role in quick service, are 18+, and can close shifts at least two nights weekly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic's brand reputation.
